• Partner with G&A teams (People, Finance, Legal, IT, Security) to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-driven improvements • Analyze existing systems and workflows to uncover areas where AI can reduce toil, improve accuracy, or accelerate outcomes • Design and implement AI-enabled solutions that align with functional needs and company standards • Lead AI solutions that span multiple teams or apply broadly across the company (e.g., internal assistants, automation, intelligence layers) • Help establish best practices and reusable patterns for internal AI development within Corporate Engineering • Build and configure AI-driven solutions using a mix of declarative (clicks-based) tools and custom development (code) • Integrate AI capabilities into existing internal systems while maintaining security, privacy, and data integrity • Evaluate and recommend AI tools and platforms based on business impact, technical fit, and risk considerations • Translate business problems into technical solutions through close partnership with internal stakeholders • Partner with Security, Legal, and IT to ensure AI solutions meet compliance, privacy, and governance requirements • Balance experimentation and iteration with operational rigor and long-term maintainability.

• Responsible for the administration and operation of the firm’s Infrastructure. • Requires in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, MFA, VMware ESX, Windows security, and related technologies. • Install and maintain hardware and software on a virtualized Windows network. • Develop processes and procedures to ensure managed environments maintain the highest levels of availability, security, and quality. • Lead the security work stream of Active Directory consolidation program. • Identify risks and provide guidance regarding remediation of gaps, to facilitate delivery of a hardened and sustainable AD environment. • Deliver scripted solutions to assist with discovery and remediation of ad-hoc security gaps. • Follow all set procedures and policies pertaining to the Change Management system. • Develop capacity forecasts for managed environments that are proactive and prevent problems prior to outages. • Manage "crisis situations" to a satisfactory conclusion (even under stress). • Provide guidance on topics broadly related to information security risk and compliance. • Serve as escalation point and provide troubleshooting guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. • Candidate must be able to accommodate schedule flexibility to deal with escalations and occasional changes during non-core business hours.

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable functional solutions • Act as a primary liaison between HR, Finance, Financial Systems, IT, and downstream systems during reorganization initiatives • Lead reorganization planning discussions, requirement workshops, and system impact assessments from an HCM perspective • Provide clear status updates, decision support, and post–re-org validation results to stakeholders • Proactively communicate timelines, dependencies, and system impacts to ensure smooth execution and prevent processing issues • Execute and validate mass updates related to reorganizations, including manager changes, department transfers, job changes, and position updates • Configure and maintain Core HR work structures, including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions, and worker assignments • Configure and support Absence Management components such as absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual rules, and approval workflows • Support production issues, system enhancements, and quarterly Oracle HCM updates, including review and testing activities • Participate in and support unit, integration, and UAT testing, with a strong focus on reorganization and absence-related scenarios

• Support the development and implementation of automated data processes to enhance accounting functions and minimize manual entries • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and create effective reporting solutions • Prepare and analyze position reports including daily inventory reconciliations • Troubleshoot issues related to Right Angle and data automation tools • Collaborate with Blending Originator to coordinate physical butane deliveries • Support team members on contract administration including matters related to supply and blend margin • Manage and maintain positions and schedules in Right Angle, ensuring precision • Liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations • Address issues that arise in the supply chain, such as disruptions to operations and delays
