• Responsible for the administration and operation of the firm’s Infrastructure. • Requires in-depth knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, MFA, VMware ESX, Windows security, and related technologies. • Install and maintain hardware and software on a virtualized Windows network. • Develop processes and procedures to ensure managed environments maintain the highest levels of availability, security, and quality. • Lead the security work stream of Active Directory consolidation program. • Identify risks and provide guidance regarding remediation of gaps, to facilitate delivery of a hardened and sustainable AD environment. • Deliver scripted solutions to assist with discovery and remediation of ad-hoc security gaps. • Follow all set procedures and policies pertaining to the Change Management system. • Develop capacity forecasts for managed environments that are proactive and prevent problems prior to outages. • Manage "crisis situations" to a satisfactory conclusion (even under stress). • Provide guidance on topics broadly related to information security risk and compliance. • Serve as escalation point and provide troubleshooting guidance and direction in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems. • Candidate must be able to accommodate schedule flexibility to deal with escalations and occasional changes during non-core business hours.

• Serve as the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR and Absence Management • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable functional solutions • Act as a primary liaison between HR, Finance, Financial Systems, IT, and downstream systems during reorganization initiatives • Lead reorganization planning discussions, requirement workshops, and system impact assessments from an HCM perspective • Provide clear status updates, decision support, and post–re-org validation results to stakeholders • Proactively communicate timelines, dependencies, and system impacts to ensure smooth execution and prevent processing issues • Execute and validate mass updates related to reorganizations, including manager changes, department transfers, job changes, and position updates • Configure and maintain Core HR work structures, including legal entities, business units, departments, jobs, grades, positions, and worker assignments • Configure and support Absence Management components such as absence plans, eligibility profiles, accrual rules, and approval workflows • Support production issues, system enhancements, and quarterly Oracle HCM updates, including review and testing activities • Participate in and support unit, integration, and UAT testing, with a strong focus on reorganization and absence-related scenarios

• Support the development and implementation of automated data processes to enhance accounting functions and minimize manual entries • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and create effective reporting solutions • Prepare and analyze position reports including daily inventory reconciliations • Troubleshoot issues related to Right Angle and data automation tools • Collaborate with Blending Originator to coordinate physical butane deliveries • Support team members on contract administration including matters related to supply and blend margin • Manage and maintain positions and schedules in Right Angle, ensuring precision • Liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations • Address issues that arise in the supply chain, such as disruptions to operations and delays

Role Description We are seeking a full-time Network and Systems Engineer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on technical role supporting our infrastructure and systems across multiple sites and platforms. You will be responsible for maintaining stable, secure, and high-performing network and server environments for our clients and internal operations. - Install, configure, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs). - Manage LAN/WAN networks, monitoring performance and minimising downtime. - Administer Windows Server environments including AD, DNS, DHCP, and GPO. - Deploy and manage virtualised environments (Hyper-V or VMware). - Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, VLANs, routing protocols, and firewall rules. - Implement system monitoring and backup solutions. - Perform regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Lead cybersecurity awareness training and response procedures. - Provide end-user support across hardware, software, and connectivity. - Assist with VoIP system deployments and IP telephony support. - Maintain documentation and contribute to system improvement projects.
