Logistics and Data Systems Analyst

• Support the development and implementation of automated data processes to enhance accounting functions and minimize manual entries • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and create effective reporting solutions • Prepare and analyze position reports including daily inventory reconciliations • Troubleshoot issues related to Right Angle and data automation tools • Collaborate with Blending Originator to coordinate physical butane deliveries • Support team members on contract administration including matters related to supply and blend margin • Manage and maintain positions and schedules in Right Angle, ensuring precision • Liaison with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations • Address issues that arise in the supply chain, such as disruptions to operations and delays

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with Right Angle software and financial data automation
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI)
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Bachelor's Degree Accounting, Management Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
