AWS Cloud Engineer
LITIT
• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform services on AWS • Build and evolve data platform infrastructure, including data pipelines, data mesh components, and MLOps foundations • Develop and manage infrastructure as code using Terraform • Ensure platform scalability, security, and reliability across environments • Collaborate closely with the Data Platform Architect and customer Product Owners to evolve the platform • Work with Data Engineers, supporting them with infrastructure and platform capabilities • Contribute to and refine Agile user stories together with the Proxy Product Owner • Work on a variety of topics including DevOps, data engineering infrastructure, and ML infrastructure • Provide guidance on software architecture and development best practices to the team and stakeholders
Job Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS, including networking, security, and serverless services (e.g., Lambda, Glue)
- Proven experience building and operating cloud platforms or data-intensive systems
- Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience supporting or working with data platforms (data pipelines, data mesh, or similar architectures)
- Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, and automated deployments
- Ability to work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of software architecture and development principles
- Willingness and readiness to travel as required by project or client needs is expected.
