Software Quality Engineer

• Collaborate with Developers and Product Owners during refinement sessions to analyze requirements and clarify acceptance criteria for each user story or use case; • Design and document manual test cases in Xray, including input data and expected outcomes; • Verify the availability and completeness of new functionality prior to testing; • Execute various types of manual testing (eg, functional, regression, exploratory) to validate new and existing features; • Take part in manual regression testing for release candidate validation and production environment verification by performing manual test runs; • Log clear, reproducible bugs and follow up on their resolution through re-testing and verification.

Job Requirements

  • Solid understanding of software QA methodologies and best practices;
  • Experience with test case management tools, particularly Xray for Jira;
  • Strong skills in test planning, documentation, execution, and defect tracking;
  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain strong working relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Good understanding of SQL and browser developer tools;
  • Experience with API testing and using API testing tools;
  • Attentiveness to the execution of the documented instructions;
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher (verbal and written).
