Job Description Key Responsibilities You will be based from any of our UK based offices working to maintain, review, and seek continuous improvement of all documents related to ISO standards, including policies, procedures, manuals, forms, and records. - Assist in the creation, revision, and distribution of IMS documents. - Ensuring only current IMS documents are in use and obsolete documents are archived appropriately. - Recommending improvements for potential integration into AEIL IMS. - Work inter-departmentally to assist with the resolution of non-conformances - Ensuring the implementation of corrective actions is effective. - Monitoring the implementation of the IMS and reporting deficiencies detected to HSEQ/Quality Manager through Quality Plan sign-off, contract reviews, and project close downs - Coordinating document reviews and approvals with relevant stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance with ISO and customer requirements. - Monthly reporting – tracking and reporting IMS metrics. - Supporting process and tool development workshops to deliver system efficiency improvements. - Support with the management and capture of Lessons Learnt. - Carry out any other Quality related task as directed by the Senior Management. Qualifications What We’re Looking For - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Experience with ISO 9001 standards and document control. - Internal auditor qualified - A continuous improvement mindset and a collaborative approach - Experience of ISO 14001/45001/19650/19443/27001/44001 (desirable) - Understanding of data protection, confidentiality, and records management principles (GDPR) - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines Additional Information Security clearance: Due to the nature of work to be undertaken applicants will be required to meet certain criteria in order to attain a minimum level of UK BPSS security clearance if not already security cleared to a minimum BPSS level.
