• Own program-level architecture planning, ensure consistent architectural standards across domains, and act as a senior escalation point for complex system design decisions. • Translate RevOps Systems strategy into executable architectural programs and multi-quarter initiatives. • Own the end-to-end architecture roadmap for defined GTM domains (e.g., Lead-to-Opportunity, Quote-to-Cash, Retention, Partner Relationship Management). • Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and technical excellence across teams and systems. • Partner with the Director of RevOps Systems on trade-offs, sequencing, and investment decisions. • Manage and support RevOps Systems Managers, providing guidance on prioritization, design quality, and stakeholder alignment. • Act as a mentor and escalation point for complex or high-risk architectural decisions. • Ensure managers and teams are aligned to shared standards, patterns, and best practices. • Support talent development, performance calibration, and succession planning. • Serve as a senior systems partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, Data, and IT leaders. • Translate business initiatives (new pricing, GTM motions, regions, products) into architectural implications and execution plans. • Facilitate alignment across RevOps, Engineering, IT, and Security on integration, release, and governance approaches. • Establish and enforce architectural standards for integrations, data models, and system design. • Own system design reviews, ensuring solutions meet scalability, security, and maintainability expectations. • Drive improvements in data governance, identity resolution, and system observability. • Ensure architectural documentation is complete, current, and accessible. • Oversee delivery health across multiple systems initiatives, identifying risks early and driving resolution. • Collaborate on CI/CD and release management strategies in partnership with systems developers to maintain reliability and security. • Balance near-term business needs with long-term architectural integrity.
Job Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or GTM Systems Architecture.
- 3+ years leading managers or senior ICs in systems, architecture, or operations roles.
- Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystems (Sales/Service Cloud, CPQ), marketing automation, billing/ERP, and analytics platforms.
- Proven success scaling GTM systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong architectural judgment with the ability to evaluate trade-offs pragmatically.
- Excellent people leadership skills—coaching, influencing, and developing managers.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels.
- Bias toward scalable, secure, and resilient solutions over short-term fixes.
- Strong data modeling, governance, and identity resolution experience across multiple systems.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical requirements into simple, scalable, and maintainable architectures.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you can align business and technical teams effortlessly.
- A proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset; thrives in a high-growth agile environment.
- Salesforce CPQ or similar Quote-to-Cash systems certification.
