Aufgaben - Qualifizierung von Leads über Telefon und Sicherstellung, dass nur passende Interessenten in einen Closing-Call kommen. - Arbeiten in einem strukturierten Vertriebssystem mit klaren Skripten und täglichem KPI-Tracking. - Tägliche Aufgaben: - Qualifizierung von Leads nach vorgegebenem Skript. - Terminierung von Closing-Calls mit kaufbereiten Interessenten in unserem CRM (Close). - Pflege und Priorisierung deiner Lead-Liste nach unserem Listenpriorisierungs-System. - Tägliches KPI-Tracking im Team-Spreadsheet (Schlagzahl: 200 Aktionen / 8h). - EOD-Bericht bis 20:00 Uhr im Slack-Channel. - Teilnahme am täglichen Team-Check-in (Mo–Fr, 9:00 Uhr) und 2× wöchentlichem Setting-Training (Di & Do). - Übergabe von Leads und offenen Aufgaben bei Abwesenheit – eigenverantwortlich und proaktiv. Qualifications - Erste Erfahrung im Vertrieb, Setting oder Kundenberatung – idealerweise im Online-Coaching- oder Gesundheitsumfeld. - Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift – du kommunizierst täglich mit Gesundheitsexperten aus dem DACH-Raum. - Sicherer Umgang mit einem CRM (z. B. Close). - Disziplin und Eigenmotivation für eine Remote-Rolle mit klaren KPIs und täglicher Accountability. - Bereitschaft, dich 1:1 an vorgegebene Skripte und Frameworks zu halten. - Strukturiertes, proaktives Arbeiten – du wartest nicht, bis jemand fragt, sondern meldest dich. - Nice to have: Hintergrund oder echtes Interesse im Bereich Gesundheit, Sport oder Ernährung.
