• Application Support & Maintenance Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing technical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems promptly. • Troubleshooting: Investigate application errors, performance issues, and configuration problems, providing effective solutions. • Maintenance: Ensure applications remain stable, secure, and up-to-date with platform standards. • Bug Fixes & Enhancements: Perform minor development work to fix bugs or implement small improvements when required. • Customer Engagement Customer Liaison: Communicate clearly and professionally with customers during issue resolution, ensuring transparency and trust. • Technical Guidance: Help customers understand platform capabilities and best practices for maintaining their applications. • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Team Coordination: Work closely with Solutions Development, Product, and Support teams to escalate complex issues and implement fixes. • Knowledge Sharing: Document solutions, create support guides, and contribute to internal knowledge bases. • Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to support workflows and tools for better efficiency and customer experience.

Role Description Fluke is looking for an experienced Application Engineer to drive local application strategy and solution development across key industries in Vietnam. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, and Regional Business Units to accelerate revenue growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure successful adoption of Fluke solutions. You will act as a technical and application expert, supporting customers, channel partners, and internal teams while leading initiatives across Energy, Oil & Gas, Electronics, Semiconductors, Automotive, and Heavy Industry. Role Description The Field Service Engineer II for Leica Biosystems is responsible for supporting the needs of our customers with troubleshooting, installation, preventative maintenance, and service repair needs, which directly impacts patient health and overall well-being. This position reports to the Regional Field Service Manager, is part of the Service Organization located in the Northwest US region, and will be fully REMOTE. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: - Provide installation support, maintenance, modification and/or repair on 1-2 groups of mechanical, electromechanical, electronic and/or refrigeration instruments. - Document and complete service administration activities in a timely manner to follow ISO, FDA, and Leica policies. - Actively support the sale of service contracts, assist sales representatives & service team members with system configurations/upgrades, and provide feedback on ways to improve financial performance to generate service revenue. Qualifications - Associate’s degree plus 1-year experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, robotics, electronic equipment, and/or instrumentation OR equivalent military experience (working on any mechanical, technical, laboratory, pneumatic or any related instruments). - It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: - Diagnosing and repairing medical devices, electromechanical equipment, or scientific instruments. - Networking/IT system upgrades. - Bachelor's degree preferred.
