Role Description A leading aerospace organization is seeking a highly experienced Program Scheduler to support a complex, high-visibility DoD program. This role is critical to ensuring program execution success through the development, integration, and management of enterprise-level schedules. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Integrated Master Planning (IMP) and Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS), capable of aligning cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and customers to a unified program timeline. - Develop, maintain, and manage Integrated Master Plans (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for large-scale aerospace programs - Lead schedule integration efforts across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with program milestones and contractual requirements - Perform critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and what-if scenario planning - Support and manage Earned Value Management System (EVMS) scheduling processes, including baseline development and performance tracking - Collaborate with internal program teams, leadership, customers, and subcontractors to ensure schedule integrity and transparency - Provide guidance and training to program teams on scheduling best practices and tools - Partner with cost and program management teams to support forecasting, reporting, and decision-making - Drive continuous improvement in scheduling processes, tools, and governance Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree required - 10+ years of program scheduling experience supporting DoD and/or DOE programs - Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Open Plan Professional (OPP), and/or Microsoft Project - Demonstrated experience building and managing resource-loaded, integrated schedules - Strong understanding of EVMS principles, schedule compliance, and reporting requirements - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Preferred Qualifications - Active or prior security clearance - Experience working on large, complex aerospace or defense programs - Familiarity with DCMA schedule assessment guidelines (e.g., 14-point assessment) Additional Details - This is a fully remote position with occasional travel as needed to support program milestones and stakeholder engagement.

Role Description The Program Specialist supports efficient regional and statewide program operations by managing logistics, administrative processes, and data systems. The role coordinates trainings, member meetings, site visits, and legislative events while assisting with recruitment and onboarding of new AmeriCorps members. Through clear communication and strong organizational skills, the Program Specialist helps ensure smooth program implementation and team effectiveness. Responsibilities - Training Logistics and Administration - Support the planning, coordination, and execution of inclusive regional and statewide training sessions and member meetings. - Schedule venues and catering, organize and/or prepare handouts or materials, and arrange travel logistics or hotel accommodations. - Support logistical needs on the day of training, either in-person or virtual (at the direction of supervisor). - Monitor completion of member’s required training sessions and provide regular status updates. - Program Administration Support - Coordinate site visits and legislative requests, including but not limited to communication, scheduling, materials, and attendee support. - Manage regional team calendar and resources. - Support and manage program data requests. - Engage in site partner technical support, including but not limited to site agreement sharing and follow up, and other forms of technical support. - Provide additional support as needed to meet the goals of the team, such as research and creation of resources and spreadsheets. - Member Recruitment and Onboarding - Support the member recruitment process, working collaboratively with the centralized Talent Acquisition function. - Support for member onboarding follow up. - Other Duties as Assigned Qualifications - Associate’s degree or equivalent experience. - Minimum two years administrative assistance experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ability to focus while working on repetitive tasks. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. - Demonstrated success of working in a collaborative, team environment. - Familiarity with MS Office Suite and general comfort with web-based platforms. - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing circumstances; a self-starter with effective time-management skills. - Able to display high levels of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries and needs of individuals both internal and external to the organization.
