Bilingual Nurse Practitioner, Spanish Speaking
Pair Team
• Provide virtual care and clinical assessments for Medicare patients across multiple ACCESS markets • Support initial patient assessments, care plan direction, and ongoing clinical oversight • Manage chronic conditions, acute concerns, medication-related questions, and routine follow-ups through telemedicine • Partner with RNs, Community Health Workers, and clinical leadership to close care gaps and ensure timely follow-up • Provide clinical guidance during case reviews, escalations, and complex patient situations • Support patients with conditions common in Medicare populations, including hypertension, diabetes, CKD, cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, depression, and anxiety • Build trusted relationships with patients who may have limited access to consistent care • Collaborate with operations and product teams to improve care delivery workflows, documentation, and patient engagement • Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
Job Requirements
- 2+ active Nurse Practitioner licenses in Pair Team’s planned ACCESS launch and expansion states, including California, Nevada, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Georgia, West Virginia, Texas, Florida, or North Carolina
- Willingness and ability to obtain additional state NP licenses as Pair Team expands into new ACCESS markets
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner required
- Bilingual Spanish and English fluency required
- 2+ years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience caring for Medicare, geriatric, or medically complex adult populations
- Comfort managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, CKD, cardiovascular disease, chronic pain, depression, or anxiety
- Comfort delivering telemedicine and working across multiple digital platforms
- Comfort working across EST and PST time zones as needed
- Ability to care for adult and older adult populations
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary care model
- Access to a quiet, HIPAA-compliant, internet-connected remote workspace

Job Description To provide efficient and timely technical assistance to assigned customers in matter relating to their packaging equipment operations and to facilitate customer quality and packaging performance improvement. Level I: Possess a mechanical and electrical technical aptitude with a basic understanding of packaging machines. Generally requires management support to handle intermediate to difficult issues. WHAT YOU GET TO DO - Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities. - Understands customer requirements relating to problems to products and equipment. - Services customer equipment, where applicable, to maintain optimum performance of equipment, packaging films and shrink bag materials. - Identifies machinery and packaging film/shrink bag problems and ensures that they are properly communicated to the appropriate staff representatives. - Maintains accurate and timely reports on work activities and time utilization. - Performs and completes package/shrink bag and machine audits on packaging machines. - Participates in field trials of new packaging materials. - Assists in the installation and start-up of all packaging equipment manufactured and sold by Amcor. - Provides input, as requested, into the design, installation and start-up of packaging equipment manufactured by outside suppliers or RE&D. - Responsible for scheduling own time and travel and determining priority of customer calls. - Works on special projects as assigned. - Establishes and maintains effective relations with customers, sales personnel and internal Amcor staff personnel. - Completes KMS reporting within 5 days, completes expense reports within a month of business trip and turns in weekly schedules within designated time frame.
