Workday Configuration Analyst, Absence Module
KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC
• Manages, maintains, and supports Workday configuration and data management activities. • Responsible for configuration in Workday, troubleshooting and issue investigation. • Will perform testing for configuration changes and executing content changes. • Gather data from company absence plans - both union and non-union. • Manage project using Absence module in Workday. • May use other modules as needed – HCM, Comp, Performance, Benefits, Payroll, Reporting and Security LMS is preferred. • Performs configuration analysis and design. • Works closely with HRIS Director to implement designed solutions. • Tests configuration solutions. • Provides content configuration such as help text, notifications, etc. • Updates fields in Workday. • Understands impact of field updates across the system. • Plans setup and executes mass data updates through EIB process. • Troubleshoots issues in Workday and resolves. • Creates and maintains security policy set forth by IT security and/or Application Manager. • Implements Workday security in accordance with policy.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Workday ABSENCE module
- 5+ years of Workday configuration and security experience
- Other Workday modules as needed – HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, and Performance are preferred
- Worked with UNION time off and absence policies
- HR experience and understanding of HR practices
- Prior experience with systems implementations, data analysis, and project management
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience

Prepare account statements for customers as part of the collection process.
