Nuclear Project Controls Analyst
Waymaker Resource Group
• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules (Level 3–5) using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project • Perform cost tracking, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and variance analysis • Prepare and present monthly cost and schedule performance reports • Support baseline development and change control processes • Monitor and analyze labor hours, contractor performance, and productivity metrics • Assist with risk identification, quantitative risk analysis, and mitigation planning • Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and management teams • Ensure compliance with nuclear quality assurance standards and project governance requirements • Support audits, regulatory reviews, and documentation controls
Job Requirements
- 3–7+ years of project controls experience on large industrial projects, including some commercial/federal nuclear power experience
- Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and forecasting principles
- Experience with Primavera P6 and advanced Excel skills
- Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Ability to gain unescorted access at US nuclear, DOE and DOD sites
