Job Description

Workday Analyst

• Participate as a highly skilled team member responsible for functional and technical support of Compassion International’s Workday HCM software • Cover Tier 1, 2 & 3 support including user administration, application support, reporting, upgrade management, user training and support • Process improvements to increase productivity and use of People & Culture systems and workflow processes • Develops robust, complex reports, anticipating user needs or responding to requests and using system reporting capability and MS Excel • Create and maintain processes and procedures to support Human Resources technology applications • Lead medium sized projects and software implementations • Collaborate with Information Technology to meet Human Resources needs and ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Seven years of relevant work experience
  • Significant and well-rounded Workday HCM configuration and administration experience
  • Agile methodology experience a plus
  • Fluent (oral and written) in English
  • Ability to work remote.
