Product Enablement Associate

Role Description Paperpal is looking for a curious, proactive Product Enablement Associate to help us scale our user education and product adoption efforts across our B2B and B2C customers. This is a delivery-focused, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys explaining products clearly, presenting live, and helping users get value quickly. You’ll work closely with the Product Enablement owner to conduct product demos, product webinars, and training sessions, while contributing to how we standardize and scale enablement as a function. This role is ideal for someone early in their enablement or customer-facing career who wants hands-on exposure to demos, webinars, and SaaS education at scale. CACTUS is a remote-first organization and we embrace an accelerate from anywhere culture. You may be required to travel to our Mumbai office based on business requirements or for company/team events. Responsibilities - Learn and demonstrate products through structured onboarding, shadowing, and practice - Deliver standardized B2B product demos for trial users and existing customers - Co-host and independently run product walkthrough webinars for institutions and user groups - Act as a reliable source to relay feedback to the product team for improvements as needed - Capture recurring questions and feedback from demos to improve enablement flows and support in scaling product enablement efforts - Work across product, sales, marketing and customer success teams Qualifications - Proactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment - Strong verbal, written communication and comfortable presenting live to external audiences - Ability to learn complex product workflows and communicate product value clearly - Structured, well-prepared to conduct product training sessions - Openness to feedback and continuous improvement - Ability to multi-task and manage timelines independently Requirements - Experience with SaaS products or academic technology (Nice to Have) - Understanding of B2B sales or institutional buying (Nice to Have) - Familiarity with webinar platforms, video tools for product tutorials (Nice to Have) - 1-3 years of experience in: Customer onboarding, Product demos or solutions roles, Training / L&D, Customer success or support with presentation exposure (Ideal background) - Experience with SaaS products is a plus!
