Job Description In this role, you will support around 4 to 8 clients, driving maturity and insights to supercharge their Digital Experience data with Dynatrace. Senior Analysts handle larger, more complex customers and are expected to move beyond basic analysis into more advanced and challenging problems, including using backend trace data and regularly connecting issues to business outcomes. Senior Analysts are asked to push engagement to new teams to expand DEM within client organizations and play a more central role in increasing DEM adoption. They meet more regularly with clients and manage competing priorities and expectations across their client engagements and different customer contact personas. You will help clients set a strategy for how they can optimize both their current performance and build performance into their culture. Compensation and RewardsThe targeted annual base pay range for this role is R160,000 - to R200,000 (Not US Currency).
