• Configuring, modifying, testing, and maintaining Epic & other Clinical applications • Building collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, and technology • Providing second-tier support to end users for application system performance • Designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring complex software configurations for deployment • Participating in reviews and resolving issues relating to applications • Developing and executing test plans and test cases
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
- Epic Certification - Epic Systems

• Responsible for the handling of residential field claims requiring on-site inspections • Scoping of damages, assigning appropriate contractor or supplier as required • Meeting with the insured to provide guidance to facilitate claim settlement • Manages and settles residential field claim files in accordance with operational standards • Completes estimates and negotiates with contractor(s) on residential repairs • Controls expenditures on all claim settlements • Assists internal and external colleagues during busy periods as required
