Junior Transport Logistics Analyst
PRINCIPIA
• Ensure the delivery flow for the B2B channel runs smoothly, monitoring from order dispatch through to on-site issue resolution. • Analyze carrier performance and take action to improve delivery KPIs. • Daily management of orders and tracking of shipments across the national network. • Record and resolve cases of damage, returns, and losses directly in Excel/system. • Monitor delivery indicators (KPIs) and flag carriers that fall outside agreed standards. • Support onboarding of new partners and the deactivation of low-performing carriers. • Maintain continuous contact with carriers to ensure priority handling and speed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed (a degree in Logistics is a plus).
- Prior experience specifically with freight/transport operations (experience working with carriers is essential).
- Excel: Ability to organize large volumes of data, create control spreadsheets, and generate incident reports.
- Problem-solving profile: proactive, does not wait for issues to escalate; able to follow up with carriers and quickly resolve problems.
- Advantage: Knowledge of pharma channel specifics (scheduling and basic transport rules for dermocosmetics).
