• Execute paid media campaigns with moderate supervision. • Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for adjustments. • Contribute to the development of media plans and presentations. • Conduct A/B tests and document learnings. • Support alignment with internal teams and clients. • Produce detailed reports with performance analysis. • Identify optimization opportunities based on data. • Perform analyses in analytics tools and report relevant KPIs. • Maintain an analytical view of results and actions implemented by the company/client. • Create media results presentations and reports for stakeholders. • Build projections for paid media results. • Manage requests and deliverables. • Manage and analyze tags and pixels on paid media platforms.
Job Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with partners and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, business administration, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Negotiation skills and experience in client service.
- Experience with analytics and data visualization tools (GA4, Looker Studio, etc.).
- Experience managing paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, among others).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time and priority management.
- Ability to handle dynamic projects across different segments and changing directions.
- Skills in data analysis and generating insights.
- Proficiency in KPIs such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and CTR.
