Job Description

Independent Contractor – Marketing Manager

Boostability

• Manage and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives end-to-end • Coordinate deliverables across shared services teams including web, creative, content, demand generation, and business development • Sequence, prioritize, and track work to ensure timely delivery of projects • Develop and maintain a scalable project management process to track and report efforts to executive team • Monitor and manage key performance metrics including MQL volume, conversion rates, cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, and campaign/channel performance • Provide regular reporting on results, risks, insights, and recommended adjustments • Ensure consistency across marketing and sales materials and messaging • Contribute to the development and refinement of marketing content as needed • Lead weekly Marketing/Business Development syncs with division leadership and shared services partners • Provide weekly updates to the growth team on marketing performance and project status • Collaborate effectively within a shared-services, matrixed environment • Prepare regular performance summaries and recommend improvements based on data insights • Stay current on trends and best practices in data analysis, reporting, and marketing execution optimization

Job Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1/C2 level proficiency) with strong writing and grammar skills
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking/analytics platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects and mentoring or supervising team members
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present to senior leadership and global stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail with ability to execute from strategy through implementation
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Slack, or similar platforms
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and serve as a strategic marketing partner
