Role Description QuantHub is hiring a high-performance Account Executive who thrives in fast-paced, high-velocity sales environments and consistently meets and exceeds quota. This is not a passive, relationship-only higher ed role. We are looking for a true deal owner - someone who can take warm, high-intent opportunities (inbound + outbound), drive urgency, and move deals efficiently from first touch to close. You will operate in a structured, AI-enabled sales motion, leveraging HubSpot, playbooks, and modern sales tools to maximize deal velocity and win rates. If you’re energized by closing deals, running tight sales cycles, and outperforming targets, this role is for you. What You’ll Own - Full-cycle sales ownership - from qualification through close - Drive deal velocity across a pipeline of warm-to-hot opportunities - Execute a structured sales process (BANT-driven, stage-gated, high accountability) - Run high-impact discovery + demo calls that convert - Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline in HubSpot (next steps, forecasting, deal hygiene) - Create urgency and control the buying process - Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, product, customer success) to accelerate deals - Consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets What Success Looks Like - Consistently hits and exceeds quota - Maintains clean, accurate pipeline and forecast - Drives short, efficient sales cycles - Demonstrates strong deal control and closing ability - High conversion rates from SQL → Closed Won - Operates with urgency, discipline, and ownership Qualifications - 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in: - SaaS - EdTech SaaS - Digital content / curriculum sales - Proven track record of: - Consistently exceeding quota - Managing and closing high-velocity deal cycles - Strong experience running full-cycle sales motions - Deep familiarity with HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, forecasting, activity tracking) - Must be willing and able to travel up to 40-50% of the time What Sets You Apart - You are a closer, not an order taker - You bring urgency and intensity to every deal - You know how to push deals forward without being pushy - You thrive in structured sales systems and accountability - You actively leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, automation, prospecting tools) in your workflow - You are highly organized and process-driven - You don’t wait - you create momentum Tech & Tools - HubSpot (required) - Modern sales engagement tools - AI tools for prospecting, research, and deal execution Benefits - Base salary of $100,000 with an OTE of $200,000–$250,000 through uncapped commission - Accelerators for over-quota performance - Quarterly performance bonus opportunity - Flexible Time Off (FTO) - we trust you to take the time you need, with a recommended minimum of 15 days per year - 11 paid holidays per year - Flexible remote work - Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental coverage options (subject to plan terms and eligibility) - SIMPLE IRA with a 3% employer match, subject to plan terms and eligibility requirements
