• Coach teams in Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement to strengthen delivery outcomes. • Help teams develop effective ways of planning, collaborating, and inspecting and adapting their work. • Facilitate key Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.) while encouraging increasing team ownership of these activities. • Guide teams in identifying improvement opportunities and experimenting with new ways of working. • Partner with Product Owners to strengthen backlog clarity, prioritization, and alignment with business outcomes. • Identify impediments to team progress and help address them at the team, program, or organizational level. • Encourage transparency and coach teams to use metrics and feedback to improve predictability and flow. • Foster strong collaboration among developers, Product Owners, architects, and stakeholders. • Support the broader organization in understanding and evolving Agile ways of working.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years' experience
- Experience serving as a Scrum Master or coaching Agile teams.
- Experience implementing Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Experience in leading/coaching teams in technical environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
