• Lead day‑to‑day delivery for Java full‑stack and AI‑driven engineering teams, ensuring predictable, high‑quality outcomes • Serve as the primary client partner for delivery, facilitating communication, alignment, and expectation management • Run Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retros, backlog refinement) with a focus on flow, clarity, and continuous improvement • Collaborate with Technical Leads, Architects, and engineers to break down complex requirements into actionable work • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early—and drive resolution across teams and stakeholders • Leverage AI‑assisted tools to improve planning, estimation, documentation, and delivery efficiency • Ensure teams follow modern engineering practices including CI/CD, testing, observability, and secure development • Produce clear, concise reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes for internal and client stakeholders • Facilitate technical discovery sessions and help translate business needs into structured requirements • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across distributed teams
Job Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in technical project management, Agile delivery, or Scrum Master roles
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, particularly in Java, Spring Boot, and full‑stack development environments
- Experience working with or supporting teams building AI‑enabled features or integrating AI/ML services
- Proven ability to partner directly with clients, manage expectations, and guide complex technical initiatives
- Strong grasp of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience adapting them to real‑world constraints
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language and vice versa
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern DevOps practices is a plus
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
- A proactive, problem‑solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity.
