• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) across cross-functional teams • Drive Agile adoption and continuous improvement within engineering and product teams • Remove impediments and proactively address risks impacting delivery timelines • Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a well-groomed backlog with clear priorities • Ensure alignment with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., design controls, documentation, traceability) • Support integration of Agile practices within a medical device lifecycle (SDLC) • Promote transparency through metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint health • Coordinate across teams including Software Engineering, QA/Validation, Regulatory Affairs, and Clinical teams • Coach teams on Agile best practices while adapting to a compliance-driven environment
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Experience working in regulated industries (medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare)
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Familiarity with FDA regulations, IEC 62304, ISO 13485, or similar standards
- Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally
- Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master)
