Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting program analysis, project coordination, or Agile project delivery
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare administration, Information systems, public administration, Project Management, or related field
- Experience facilitating Agile/Scrum methodologies within cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting large-scale modernization, transformation, or systems implementation projects
- Experience developing business requirements and operational process documentation
- Experience supporting stakeholder coordination and executive reporting
