• Lead, manage, and be directly accountable for a team of Scrum Masters across multiple product pods • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance check-ins, and development conversations with each Scrum Master • Establish and maintain standards for Scrum ceremony facilitation, Jira hygiene, capacity reporting, and stakeholder communication across all pods • Facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement) • Coach teams and Scrum Masters on Agile and SAFe principles • Proactively identify and escalate risks and roadblocks before they impact delivery • Collaborate with the team on Jira hygiene within your pod(s)

• Act as a facilitator for agile teams, promoting autonomy, collaboration, and continuous improvement; • Remove organizational impediments and manage interdependencies between squads; • Support Product Managers/Owners in backlog management, prioritization, and roadmap planning; • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure their effectiveness (not just execution); • Work in scaled-agile contexts, coordinating deliveries across multiple teams; • Monitor and improve flow and performance metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability, quality); • Promote transparency through metrics and communication with stakeholders; • Act as an agile change agent, influencing practices and organizational culture; • Facilitate conflict resolution and alignment between technical and business areas; • Support the evolution of teams' agile maturity.
