• Design, configure, and maintain OT networks using Cisco Stratix switches and industrial firewalls • Configure and maintain OT network switches, firewalls and security solutions to include troubleshooting, upgrading, and maintaining • Implement and troubleshoot DLR and REP topologies for high availability and fault tolerance • Implement and manage security controls and technologies specific to OT environments, such as intrusion detection systems (IDS), firewalls, and network monitoring tools • Develop and support automation solutions using Rockwell Automation PLCs (ControlLogix, CompactLogix, etc.) • Build and maintain SCADA systems using Inductive Automation Ignition, including tag configuration, scripting, and dashboard development • Collaborate with IT and OT teams to ensure secure and reliable integration between enterprise and plant floor systems • Collaborate with compliance teams to conduct assessments and audits • Perform network diagnostics, monitoring, and performance tuning • Maintain documentation for network architecture, PLC programs, and SCADA configurations • Support commissioning and startup activities for new automation systems • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards and best practices in OT environments • Support the start-up and testing of complex control systems that are tied to the OT network • Provide 24/7/365 tier 2 support to the Automation Services team on a rotating basis for network issues

Role Description As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will start establishing yourself in Roboyo Consulting or technology services. Qualifications - Minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath, including practical experience with UiPath IXP (Intelligent Xtraction and Processing). - Strong track record of project management and data analysis. - Knowledgeable in at least one area of consulting, such as strategy, transformation, digitization, or technology. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. • Contribute to the evolution of how Network Operations can be automated and transformed for global Enterprises and MSPs • Lead customers in the identification of high impact automation targets for their Network Operations through analysis of ITSM data • Analyze customer’s network technologies, existing playbooks and design documents to create automation solutions • Train and develop customer engineers with automation knowledge to continue to automate on the NetBrain platform • Architect and create automation for critical network operations tasks through NetBrain’s automation capabilities (Runbook, Qapp, Dataview, integrations etc.) • Engage with existing vendor partnerships, research public domain knowledge to create automation content • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
