Role Description We are seeking a Data Analyst & Power BI Coordinator to join the Global Sales Operations team. This position will demand a high-level understanding of the technology, process and procedures that support a successful Sales Operations organization. This Analyst will focus primarily on data infrastructure within Power BI and report building within Power BI, utilizing data integrations from Snowflake, SQL, as well as other internal tools. The Analyst will work with leadership to understand reporting needs and implement new reports to focus on company growth and predictive analytics. This position requires the ability to work with Business Leadership, IT, and Sales Ops to define and manage requirements, and to implement best practices as they pertain to master data and multiple source data systems within Sales Operations. Candidate must be able to work independently, multi-task, and be a relentless problem-solver. High attention to detail is essential to being successful in this role. The Day-to-Day: - Full ownership of conceptual design, implementation and testing of datasets as they pertain to the following areas: - Power BI Semantic Models - Power BI Dimensions - Power BI Data Flows - DAX - Snowflake integration - SQL - User securities - Responsible for design and delivery of reporting and core reporting datasets, required to support new business solutions - Experience with data visualization best practice and techniques - Provide technical expertise in the development, implementation and maintenance of all reporting – must be expert at blending data from multiple sources - Monitor and maintain existing Power BI reports & semantic models, taking ownership over all new fields, new source unions, report change requests, and user support - Utilize Power BI, Snowflake, SQL to identify anomalies in data and assist business users in trouble-shooting abnormalities in the data and reporting bugs - Translate simple to complex user requirements into functional and actionable analytics - Support the evaluation, development, and optimization of processes and functions within Sales Operations, including documentation - Resolve capacity issues when conflicts arise - Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements - Liaise effectively with internal IT resources to successfully execute cross-functional projects, providing reporting functional expertise, end-user perspectives, and testing Qualifications - 4-year College Degree, plus 6 years in work experience - Expert-level Power BI Data Modeling - Expert DAX coding - Strong SQL - Experience with “big data” and master data concepts - Strong MS Excel - Adaptability; avid multitasker; embrace challenges - Reliable, with strong work ethic - Extreme attention to detail - Natural problem-solver; self-motivated; team player - Strong project management & communication skills Requirements - Experience with sales, financial, & forecasting data - Experience with Microsoft Fabric - Microsoft PL-300 certification - Knowledge of SAP data structures - Experience with Salesforce data and infrastructure - Experience with incentive data - Experience connecting with multiple Snowflake environments - Experience with data visualization tools, especially Power BI - Experience delivering business intelligence solutions to business customers - Experience in the Semiconductor industry or other manufacturing environment - Problem solving skills (highly preferential) Benefits
