• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives • Establish and manage strategic relationships with key industrial customers and partners to drive sales growth • Create selling opportunities by understanding pain points of customers, and how our products can help • Work with our Marketing and Innovation teams to develop opportunities for engagement with clients, ensuring budgets and targets are met • Oversee, develop, and execute sales of our full product line in territory • Dedicated time in the field working with & training distributor reps, end users & manufacturing customers as needed • Negotiate and implement sales and marketing programs with customers • Prepare regular sales reports showing volume, potential sales and areas of proposed growth • Utilize CRM system to keep accurate records of potential customers & track follow up on all potential new leads and manage pipeline • Continuous planning and forecasting of inventory movement • Account analysis and management of territory expenses • Regular reporting on sales activities and opportunities to VP of Sales • Support and encourage a positive team approach with fellow sales reps and internal support staff
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners such as distributors, retailers, and foodservice operators, to drive sales. • Act as a liaison between the sales department and other departments such as marketing, production, and finance, to ensure that sales activities are aligned with overall company goals. • Prepare regular sales reports showing volume, potential sales and areas of proposed growth: This would involve analyzing sales data and preparing reports to provide insights into sales performance and identify areas for growth. • Plan annual sales budget for the sales team that aligns with overall company goals and objectives. • Develop and implement new product launch programs working closely with the product development team. • Prepare regular presentations to customers highlighting new/innovative concepts. • Keep up to date with current industry trends and maintaining awareness of new products and ideas. • Attend industry trade shows several times annually.

• Lead chef-facing activations including product demonstrations, tastings, masterclasses, and culinary events. • Act as a technical and culinary expert across the IRCA Group Gourmet portfolio. • Translate product features into practical, solution-driven applications for chefs and end users. • Build strong relationships with chefs, bakers, and culinary professionals. • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to support priority opportunities and strategic projects. • Provide market feedback and qualitative insights to help guide portfolio focus and commercial strategy. • Coordinate and support the Promoter Program. • Support new product launches through pull initiatives and chef engagement. • Drive brand visibility and activation across priority markets including NYC, Miami, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, and Toronto. • Travel approximately 50% nationally.
• You conduct product applications, demonstrations and training sessions at customer locations — whether in the bakery, at a wholesaler, or at trade shows. • You support our sales team with your hands-on technical expertise — introducing products where they are genuinely needed. • You develop new recipe ideas, application methods and practical solutions together with our customers to support their daily operations. • You act as the point of contact for specialist wholesalers, bakeries, confectioneries and patisseries — from first contact through to on-site application. • You organize workshops, events and trainings — both in Germany and occasionally in Italy — in collaboration with our sales, marketing and application technology teams. • You monitor the market, provide feedback to our product development team and help identify new trends early. • With your open, solution-oriented manner you ensure our customers feel exceptionally well supported.
