• You have an overview of all your client projects and take responsibility for cost per lead (CPL) and lead quality • You independently conduct client calls and onboardings and handle ongoing communication • You act as the interface between the client project, video editing, creative production, tracking, copywriting, etc. — you commission the other involved teams and ensure everything runs smoothly • When something "is on fire" you step in yourself and take on tasks outside your core area

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in lead generation via performance marketing with direct budget responsibility and client contact
  • At least basic knowledge in the following areas: graphic creation, video editing, web design, tracking, copywriting, and working with AI
