Paid Media Consultant
GAIN
• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads, and other paid media platforms • Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency • Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights • Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results • Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies • Collaborate with the Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy • Communicate performance updates and recommendations to internal teams and clients • Share proactive insights and best practices suggestions to the wider team • Suggest improvements and identify opportunities for campaign expansion • Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads)
Job Requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads)
- Fundamental skills in Excel or Google Sheets (training will be provided)
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of project management experience
- Clear communicator and dependable team player
- Self-motivated and organised, with the ability to work independently
- Data-driven with a process-oriented approach to campaign execution
- Comfortable adapting quickly to campaign performance changes
- Preferred (But Not Required) **
- At least 1 year of agency-side experience
- Google Looker Studio experience
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other similar analytics platforms
- Confidence in communicating with internal clients and presenting insights
- Experience with A/B testing tools and campaign tracking implementation
- Knowledge of Tag Manager and Search Console
- Enhanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
- Experience managing performance campaigns on Meta Ads
