Role Description Ateko is seeking a Director, Client Services: Revenue Operations who will serve as a thought leader and the most critical strategic partner for our largest enterprise clients. In this role, you are not just a sales professional; you are the orchestrator of transformation, the trusted C-suite advisor, and the central champion for revenue growth through the Salesforce ecosystem. You will leverage your deep business acumen and sales expertise to build lasting executive relationships, drive new client acquisition, and expand our retainer-based book of business while ensuring our "white glove service" reputation translates into measurable success and sustainable revenue growth. Key Responsibilities - Strategic Client Leadership & Revenue Operations - Act as Executive Sponsor and lead for top-tier clients, providing strategic guidance and Revenue Operations best practices. - Build and maintain a retainer-based book of business, driving sales growth through targeted client acquisition. - Directly contribute to and oversee significant ARR volume by improving client health and demonstrating measurable value. - Sales & Business Development Excellence - Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close and renewal across multiple opportunities simultaneously. - Communicate compelling value propositions clearly to C-suite leaders, demonstrating ROI through recommended Salesforce solutions. - Represent Ateko as a sought-after speaker and thought leader in the Salesforce ecosystem. - Project Oversight & Team Leadership - Oversee delivery of client work for retainers and project engagements, ensuring client satisfaction and success. - Collaborate with Project Managers, Architects and team members on requirements gathering, design, development, and testing. - Act as a mentor to team members, sharing domain expertise to grow the practice and reinforce company values. Qualifications - C-Suite Sales Experience: 5+ years of proven experience selling to C-suite leaders with demonstrated ability to clearly communicate compelling value propositions of complex solutions. - Client Advocacy & Executive Sponsorship: Proven success as a dedicated Executive Sponsor for the entire project lifecycle, ensuring a white-glove experience and acting as a consistent client advocate. - Executive Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with C-suite clients and key decision-makers. - Communication Excellence: Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels. - Analytical Problem-Solving: Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently in fast-paced, fluid environments. - Salesforce Acumen: Experience with Salesforce technologies, certifications, or working at a Salesforce System Integrator. - Complex Sales Experience: Familiarity with the technical consulting industry and enterprise software solutions, proven ability to challenge the status quo. - Eligibility to Work in Canada: You are a Canadian citizen, a Permanent Resident of Canada, or hold a valid work permit. - Bilingual (French/English): Proficiency in both English and French is a requirement as we continue to grow our French-speaking client base.
