- Calculate additional compensation and incentives for the Independent Agent channel. - Prepare statements, reports, and complex payment uploads for each calculation cycle. - Analyze financial data and interpret results related to incentive performance. - Provide insights and feedback to management on outcomes and business impact. - Ensure accuracy, documentation, and data integrity supporting all calculations. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and accounting records. - Research and resolve accounting issues, providing recommendations when needed. - Perform reconciliations of bank and general ledger accounts and document adjustments. - Support regulatory reporting and filings as required. - Assist with testing and validation of accounting impacts from system changes. - Contribute to ad hoc projects and ongoing process improvements.
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience (minimum).
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or related field).
- Fluent English required.
- Advanced management reporting and critical thinking skills.
- Intermediate financial modeling capabilities.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excel – Intermediate (4–6 years).
- Power BI – Entry level (1–3 years).

Elle est l’interlocutrice direct(e) de l’Agence Comptable Principale et assure la liaison avec les autres services pour toutes les questions de nature comptable. Elle anime et encadre une équipe de 2 à 3 personnes. - Réaliser ou contrôler les travaux comptables (visa de la paye, qualité comptable, visa des titres de recettes, suivi du recouvrement, opérations de mise en conformité comptable dans le cadre de la préparation à la clôture, arrêtés des comptes) en lien avec les autres services et les unités de recherche. - Suivi de la comptabilité patrimoniale : suivi des matériels entrants dans le patrimoine et saisie des fiches immobilisations associées. Traitement des FEA (financements externes à l’actif). Mise à jour de l’inventaire via la réalisation des sorties de matériels. - Suivi régulier de la trésorerie et contrôle mensuel de la balance. - Assurer le traitement et suivi des recettes (volet comptable et des comptes d’imputations provisoires associés). - Saisie des reversements aux partenaires et des excédents de versement. - Clôture comptable (recensement charges constatées d’avance, charges à payer, produits à recevoir, solde des CIP…). - Produire des indicateurs à destination des différents interlocuteurs (siège, commissaires aux comptes, déléguée régionale, financeurs). - Organiser et piloter les activités du pôle (visa de la paye, recouvrement, paiement des factures, apurement des comptes d'imputation provisoire, révision comptable, suivi des immobilisations). - Animer et coordonner l’équipe (mise en place de réunions, formations, tutorat). - Sécuriser les processus en garantissant une polyvalence et le maintien des compétences à la suite de changements de procédures comptables. Qualifications - Bonne Connaissance de la comptabilité générale et de la gestion financière des Etablissements publics. - Système d'information budgétaire et financier (SAP, par exemple). - Connaissance de l’organisation et du fonctionnement des EPST. - Visa comptable de la paie.
