Responsibilities: - Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets. - Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery. - Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively with the Supply Chain team, Ops team, MarketPlace team, and Vendors. - Track shortages with Receiving reports on a daily basis and take action accordingly. - Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations. - Assist with the Distribution Model Process, updating and sending Sales Orders. Qualifications - Inventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers. - Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel. - Experience in the Food Industry is a plus! - Since our HQ is located in the US, English is required. - Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed.
