Role Description We are seeking a full-time (40 hours/5 days/week) Supply Chain Operations Support with a self-reliance mindset who is willing to help and give support in handling operational tasks where strong G Suite, especially Excel, skills are required to accelerate their development by working in a growing startup! You're capable of supporting the sourcing supply chain management to reach company goals. You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude. Responsibilities: - Get data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets. - Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely delivery. - Monitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively with the Supply Chain team, Ops team, MarketPlace team, and Vendors. - Track shortages with Receiving reports on a daily basis and take action accordingly. - Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations. - Assist with the Distribution Model Process, updating and sending Sales Orders. Qualifications - Inventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers. - Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/Excel. - Experience in the Food Industry is a plus! - Since our HQ is located in the US, English is required. - Ability to leverage generative AI to increase output quality and speed. Requirements - 5 days per week (~40 hours), with daily hours varying based on operational needs. - Fixed shifts, with workdays coordinated with the candidate; days off will be scheduled during the week and are not expected to consistently fall on weekends. - High likelihood of working on holidays, depending on operational demand, unless otherwise agreed in advance. - Working hours will vary by assigned kitchen, typically ranging from ~9:00 AM / 12:00 PM ET to 6:00 / 9:00 PM ET. - This role requires a high level of flexibility, as support may be needed outside standard hours depending on operational needs.
