Role Description Amerit Fleet Solutions is seeking an experienced, inspired and mission-driven Senior Operations Manager on the East Coast to join our growing team! The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing service operations. This is a remote position that may require up to 40-50% travel. This role involves a multi-faceted approach to maintenance, customer service and account management. - Management and oversight for fleet managers and local administrators across multiple regional sites. - Oversee day-to-day operations for the entire region and serve as the account manager. - Coordinate billing inquiries, monthly close out, and reporting monthly metrics such as PM/DOT and other KPI data. - Act as a direct conduit for all customer inquiries and feedback, including monthly surveys. - Host weekly and monthly meetings. Qualifications - Strong and diverse background in diesel repairs; servicing a large fleet of heavy-duty trucks, trailers and equipment. - Excellent leadership and communication skills. - Experience as a self-starter.
