Role Description This role is part of an ongoing initiative within the pharmaceutical diagnostics sector, focused on the evolution of large-scale AWS-based medical data platforms used to process and store critical healthcare data such as blood glucose measurements and diagnostic test results (e.g. blood analyses and biopsies). The work directly contributes to improving healthcare outcomes and patient diagnosis. As a Technical Project Manager, you will ensure coordination, alignment, and delivery across multiple engineering teams working on these platforms. • The Software Project Manager will drive the successful execution and delivery of software projects within the Medical Imaging product line. • This role is primarily responsible for managing all stages of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with our organization's strategic goals and the product vision set by the product manager. • This role will use Agile methodologies and technical acumen to lead cross-functional project teams, optimize processes, and deliver high-quality software solutions. • Adapting to emerging technologies and processes, making data-driven decisions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement are a key part of this role.

• Lead Agile delivery across multiple high-velocity development pods by facilitating core Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and keeping teams aligned and productive • Monitor team health, velocity, and capacity, and translate detailed Agile progress into concise, actionable updates for program leadership • Partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure the backlog is refined, prioritized, and ready at least two sprints ahead • Manage the project schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring delivery stays aligned to key milestones and timelines • Track technical dependencies, including integrations, environments, and infrastructure readiness, and ensure they are resolved on time • Identify risks and issues early, drive mitigation actions, and maintain control over scope, schedule, and delivery expectations • Support coordination of system integrations and data exchanges across platforms to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality • Align delivery with DevSecOps practices, including CI/CD workflows and release processes, to support consistent and reliable deployments • Maintain Jira dashboards, burn-down charts, and key metrics to provide visibility into progress and blockers • Prepare and deliver regular status updates covering progress, risks, resource utilization, and delivery performance • Serve as a key point of contact for client stakeholders, providing clear communication on progress, risks, and upcoming activities • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders by ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and consistent follow-through • Support client meetings, demos, and working sessions, ensuring alignment between technical teams and stakeholder expectations • Ensure work across tickets, defects, and changes is progressing and completed within expected timelines • Own documentation of SOPs, configuration changes, and implementation guides to maintain knowledge continuity and support

• Manage multiple concurrent, medium-to-large scale technical projects while ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. • Build comprehensive project plans, delivery timelines, and dependency models for cross-functional technical initiatives. • Optimize project execution by applying appropriate methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban, or hybrid models, to match project complexity. • Manage coordination between technical staff, system administrators, and business stakeholders to ensure a shared understanding of goals. • Resolve complex issues involving system dependencies, data integrity, implementation constraints, or resource conflicts that team members cannot address independently. • Anticipate technical, operational, and stakeholder risks across the project lifecycle and incorporate contingency planning into delivery approaches. • Review work products—including project documentation, requirements, testing artifacts, and delivery outputs—to ensure adherence to quality standards. • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to Technical Project Managers and project contributors to support skill development and professional growth.
