Professional Services Field Engineer

TD SYNNEX

• Install and configure NetApp FAS, AFF, ASA, and E/EF-series systems (switch-based or switchless setups) • Lead planning, design, implementation, and closure • Collaborate with internal engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery • Conduct technical knowledge-sharing and mentoring sessions

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in deploying NetApp infrastructure solutions across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
  • Hands-on expertise with MetroCluster IP and FC configurations
  • Proficient in controller upgrades (headswaps) and switch-to-switchless conversions (Cisco, Broadcom, NVIDIA)
  • Deep understanding of storage protocols: NFS, SMB, FC, FCoE, iSCSI, NVMe/FC, NVMe/TCP, S3
  • Experience using NetApp data protection tools: Snapshot, SnapVault, SnapMirror, SnapLock
  • Familiarity with BlueXP and other NetApp management platforms
  • Strong communication, documentation, and customer-facing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with NetApp technologies and enterprise storage deployments
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements
  • Certifications Required: NetApp Certified Storage Installation Engineer, ONTAP (NCSIE)
  • Desired Certifications: NetApp Certified Implementation Engineer MetroCluster Specialist NSO-014, NetApp Accredited StorageGRID Implementation Engineer NS0-075, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or CompTIA Network+

Role Description The RN Clinical Care Coordinator will be the primary care manager for a panel of members with complex medical/behavioral needs. Care coordination activities will focus on supporting member’s medical, behavioral, and socioeconomic needs to promote appropriate utilization of services and improved quality of care. If you are residing within a commutable distance of Warwick, RI, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. Expect to travel about 25% of the time in Rhode Island.
