Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity
TD SYNNEX
• Actively develop existing customer relationships and proactively acquire new customers with a focus on IT security solutions • Strategically expand the customer portfolio, including pipeline and project management • Develop and implement tailored target and action plans for your accounts • Establish and maintain strong partnerships with relevant vendors (in particular Palo Alto) • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
Job Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or a degree
- Sales-oriented personality with relevant experience – ideally field sales at distributors or channel-focused IT security companies
- Solid knowledge of the IT security market and a good sense for products and trends
- Familiarity with the system integrator environment; existing vendor and customer contacts are a plus
- Passion for customer service and enthusiasm for new business development
- Strong communication skills, confident negotiator and persuasive
- Excellent German and English skills, spoken and written
- Willingness to travel approx. 40% and a Class B driving licence

Role Description You'll produce the technical documentation that helps security engineers deploy, configure, and get full value from the platform — including admin guides, API docs, threat response playbooks, and release notes.
