Role Description As a Project Manager, you will own the execution of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives tied to key customer accounts. This role is responsible for driving projects from planning through delivery while ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing. You will serve as the central point of accountability for execution, ensuring that initiatives are delivered on time, risks are proactively managed, and business outcomes are achieved. This role goes beyond task management and requires strong ownership, communication, and problem-solving to drive meaningful results for both customers and the organization. What you'll do - Own end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives, from planning through delivery and post-launch follow-up - Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to ensure clarity on goals, timelines, and responsibilities - Establish and manage project plans, milestones, and dependencies across multiple workstreams - Proactively identify risks, remove blockers, and escalate issues when necessary to maintain momentum - Hold internal teams accountable to commitments and ensure consistent progress toward goals - Facilitate effective working sessions and status updates with both internal stakeholders and customers - Translate business needs and customer requirements into clear, actionable plans for internal teams - Partner closely with Customer Success and leadership to ensure projects deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes - Track and report on key success metrics, including adoption, rollout success, and overall impact - Prepare clear, concise updates for leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and decisions needed - Ensure a smooth transition from project execution to ongoing ownership within Customer Success or other teams - Continuously improve processes, workflows, and communication to increase efficiency and scalability Qualifications - 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in SaaS or technology environments - Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution across multiple teams - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Demonstrated ability to identify risks and proactively solve problems in fast-paced environments - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences - Experience working directly with customers or in customer-facing roles preferred - Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable plans - Data-driven mindset with the ability to track progress and measure success - Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where it does not yet exist - Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Aha, Salesforce, or similar platforms preferred - Project management certification (PMP, CSM, or equivalent) preferred but not required Company Description Xplor Technologies is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. Role Description The Content Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for delivering the full end-to-end content package, encompassing: - Chapter, module, or lesson text - Images - Videos and animations - Interactive learning tools - Assessments - Supplemental resources - Final files The CPM balances project requirements and resource constraints, drives process improvements to align execution with project goals, and ensures efficient delivery.
