Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, or prospect-facing roles
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and hands-on experience running both 1:1 and scaled campaigns
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust across Sales, Leadership, and the broader org
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with MarTech/tools/platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Abmatic, or similar products
  • Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools and platforms as an amplifier (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Clay)

Role Description The Content Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for delivering the full end-to-end content package, encompassing: - Chapter, module, or lesson text - Images - Videos and animations - Interactive learning tools - Assessments - Supplemental resources - Final files The CPM balances project requirements and resource constraints, drives process improvements to align execution with project goals, and ensures efficient delivery. Qualifications - Bachelor's/PG Diplomas/Master’s degree required. - Publishing experience strongly preferred. - Minimum 4 years of experience in project management. - Project Management certification, PMP (PMI), or equivalent is a plus. - Proficiency with project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Smartsheet), trackers, dashboards, MS Office suite, Alfresco, SharePoint, Confluence, Agile.
