• Define clear system architectures by breaking down components, allocating functions, and establishing seamless interfaces across systems • Create reusable standards, design patterns, and configurations that accelerate future solution development and improve consistency. • Partner closely with project and product teams to understand capability needs and deliver the most effective technical solutions. • Conduct advanced cost/benefit analyses to guide future-state capabilities and ensure smart, strategic investment decisions. • Lead the development of enterprise architecture principles that guide change, support governance, and inform solution decisions. • Audit solution designs to ensure compliance with architectural standards and prevent performance issues as new capabilities are introduced. • Collaborate with stakeholders to shape future-state architecture, build strategic roadmaps, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. • Stay current on emerging technologies, build strong industry relationships, and coach junior architects to elevate architectural maturity enterprise-wide.
Job Requirements
- Salesforce Certified Administrator, Certified Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect or System Architect certification, Agentforce Champion or above.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform, Agentforce concepts and applying AI in Service operations, customer service or engagement scenarios. Experience implementing or supporting Data Cloud.
- Experience in tools such as Youreka, Forms on Fire and mobile development.
- Experience in leading architecture strategy for Salesforce and deliver AI-driven service solutions.
- Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Deep understanding of Agentic standards (MCP, A2A)
- Deep expertise in a core Salesforce Cloud (Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, FSL, Revenue Cloud).
