• Launch and manage CTV/OTT campaigns end-to-end: forecasting, proposals, trafficking, targeting, QA, pacing, and optimizations • Monitor campaign delivery daily and proactively resolve issues (creative approvals, pacing shifts, reporting discrepancies, etc.) • Ensure campaigns align to client goals, flight dates, budgets, and performance expectations • Analyze performance using impression-level analytics and core KPIs (delivery, reach, frequency, pacing, attribution, etc.) • Make optimization recommendations and implement adjustments to improve performance and delivery consistency • Provide clear insights and next steps to clients and internal stakeholders • Serve as the day-to-day client contact for campaign execution and performance updates • Deliver recurring reporting and pacing updates; translate data into actionable takeaways • Respond to client questions with clarity and urgency, escalating as needed • Partner with Sales on smooth handoffs, campaign scope clarity, and renewal readiness • Collaborate with Product/Engineering/Operations to troubleshoot platform or delivery issues • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and best practices for scaling campaign operations
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital advertising campaign execution (programmatic preferred; CTV/OTT a plus)
- Strong understanding of campaign pacing, trafficking, optimization, and reporting fundamentals
- Comfortable working in dashboards and performance tools; strong Excel/Sheets skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Must be based on the West Coast and able to work core hours in Pacific Time
- Excellent communication skills—able to explain performance and recommendations clearly.

The Regional F&I Performance Manager (Production Development Manager) is responsible for increasing business at dealerships through training, monitoring production, and analyzing dealership Finance and Insurance product sales. Creates and performs training and other related services on behalf of the company by traveling to its clientele locations. Applicants that meet the following requirements may be considered for an interview: Duties and Responsibilities: Creates and develops sales strategy plans to increase dealer profitability by using industry knowledge and expertise in the finance and insurance business. Through knowledge, expertise, and assessment of the sales process, advises Dealer Finance and Insurance Personnel on techniques that ensure finance and insurance compliance with all customers. Creates action plans to increase business dealership profits through coordinated training plans, group, and individual specific training, reviewing production with dealership personnel in comparison with set goals, and provides recommendations on product enhancements. Oversees month to month production, by communizing with dealer principals, general managers, and finance directors on a regular basis regarding monthly production and plans by advising on strategies to increase and improve dealership profits where needed.
