• The Media Supervisor, Paid Social is responsible for the workstream activities and overall performance of assigned portfolios. • The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring paid search processes are followed and client campaign success is met, all while being the day-to-day face of the team for their assigned clients. • The Supervisor helps lead and grow the team in skill, capability and thought leadership, while providing professional coaching to individual team. • Organization and kick-off of paid search planning sessions • Lead the final paid search plan recommendation and presentation • Conduct internal reviews and actively participate in client presentations • Drive collaboration with all channel experts, creating a holistic Media strategy/approach • Provides strategic direction to the planning and buying team so paid search KPI objectives are met • QA the paid search activation documentation • Responsible for the ownership and leading of recurring status meetings and reporting documents • Lead all reporting initiatives (SME insights, weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting, etc.) • Lead ad-hoc paid search team requests and deliverables • Responsible for the training and the day-to-day supervision of APs, Planners and Sr. Planners • Lead monthly professional coaching sessions with assigned team members, offering career direction, guidance and goal setting support • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. • All other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- 5 – 7 years of paid social planning and buying through relevant social channels
- An understanding of, and experience with third-party bid management platforms is a plus
- This role requires strong experience in ideation, strategy and execution.
- Expert-level paid search planning and buying experience
- Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Keynote a bonus
- Expert-level understanding of the search engines and how each is used to achieve the client’s expectations of paid social
- Holds all relevant certifications in the major search engine platforms
- Experience managing the work, direction and performance results of a group of team members
- Self-starter, team player, innovator, listener
- A people manager at their core. Shows the ability to manage APs, Planners and Sr. planners and their associated deliverables
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Has a history of strong presentation skills. Comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams
- Demonstrates problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Has the ability to manage campaign issues and lead conflict resolution in a positive and professional manner
- Ability to identify gaps and room for improvement in team workflows, processes and overall account management

Creates and recommends most effective training on product benefits and features. Provides clients with details regarding all products available, warranty procedures and additional details as appropriate. Receives and resolves client inquiries, performs follow-up procedures, provides product pricing and new product information, and receives feedback regarding Finance Concepts’ products and services and makes necessary changes to achieve the company goals. Using expertise knowledge in the finance industry, formulate best courses of action to handle dealership and dealership customer complaints; and have the authority to resolve disputes with regards to matters of significance. Compare and consider all options to address client issues or concerns. Other duties as assigned. Key-Initiatives, Projects, and Cross Functional Support: Creates and implements sales practices for each dealership based on research and analysis, using expertise knowledge and understanding of the Finance and Insurance business. These include financial incentives for certain products that could have significant impact on the compensation for Finance and Insurance personnel, as well as the dealer principal. Formulates procedures within dealerships to increase profit in the Finance and Insurance department, while maintaining compliance with state and Federal laws and the dealer principal’s directive. Meets with Finance Concepts Executive Management team monthly to review their accounts, provide advice on how their dealerships should be approached to increase business revenue. Notifies management of problems and corrective actions taken. Thorough significant input provides recommendations on how to incentivize Finance and Insurance pay plans and implement sales goals to exceed sales profits. Reports competitive information to executive level management by analyzing various monthly reports and monitoring dealership production. Negotiates and sets pricing on certain Walkaway products (such as AUL or Warranty Solutions) with new dealership clients that they introduce. Overseas and implements monthly production meetings and training activities on behalf of Finance Concepts by presenting dealership production information as related to company products and services.
