• Develop and foster value-based relationships with new and existing North American SMB customers. • Drive Up-sell & Cross-sell initiatives by prioritizing accounts with the highest propensity to buy. • Complete Marketing Qualified Leads with a defined SLA to increase revenue. • Research customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities. • Manage the opportunity pipeline with timely updates to management on progress and outlook. • Collaborate with Solution Specialists to expand the footprint of Adobe Solution streams like Adobe Sign, Substance, Stock, and Frame.io. • Engage with supporting functional teams to resolve customer issues related to their Creative Cloud Subscriptions.

Job Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer success, or account management.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capability to recognize customer needs and proficiently apply solutions.
  • Experience with CRM systems and research tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
  • Ambitious, goal-oriented, and capable of excelling in a competitive environment.

What You'll Achieve In this role, you will own the services sales cycle and drive services revenue across EMEA South (France, Italy, and Spain).
