Role Description We’re looking for a German-speaking Admissions Associate to join our Admissions team. You will be responsible for the selection of high-potential students from our DACH market and beyond, who we’ll turn into great developers, data analysts, product designers, and cybersecurity professionals. - Inbound Lead Management: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and video call in both German and English. - Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants through interviews, asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand their career goals and educational needs. - Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and timely follow-ups. - Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to iterate on processes, improve conversions, and support projects (e.g., informational events/open houses). - Product Expertise: Becoming an expert on our courses and the coding bootcamp industry. - Creative Growth: Any additional sales and marketing ideas that you can come up with! Qualifications - You must be currently based in Spain (This is a mandatory requirement for this position). - You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken). - You have 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, or a similar role. - You are a goal-oriented enthusiast with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. - You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you possess a confident and empathetic presence. - You are comfortable using CRM tools and other software (Salesforce experience is a plus). - You’re passionate about education, technology, and the "future of work." - You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy.
