Role Description We’re looking for a German-speaking Admissions Associate to join our Admissions team. You will be responsible for the selection of high-potential students from our DACH market and beyond, who we’ll turn into great developers, data analysts, product designers, and cybersecurity professionals. - Inbound Lead Management: Respond to inquiries from prospective students via phone, email, and video call in both German and English. - Consultative Sales: Counsel applicants through interviews, asking thoughtful questions and actively listening to understand their career goals and educational needs. - Pipeline Management: Manage your Admissions funnel in our CRM (Salesforce) with detailed records and timely follow-ups. - Sales Targets: Meet or exceed your enrollment targets while maintaining a high level of service. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to iterate on processes, improve conversions, and support projects (e.g., informational events/open houses). - Product Expertise: Becoming an expert on our courses and the coding bootcamp industry. - Creative Growth: Any additional sales and marketing ideas that you can come up with! Qualifications - You must be currently based in Spain (This is a mandatory requirement for this position). - You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken). - You have 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, admissions, or a similar role. - You are a goal-oriented enthusiast with a drive to achieve and exceed targets. - You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills; you possess a confident and empathetic presence. - You are comfortable using CRM tools and other software (Salesforce experience is a plus). - You’re passionate about education, technology, and the "future of work." - You’re able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and enjoy having tons of autonomy. Role Description We are currently looking for dynamic and talented Digital Product Management Teacher Assistants to support our bootcamps for one of our corporate customers. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the Product world and eager to share their expertise with aspiring product managers. As a Teacher Assistant (TA), you will work closely with the Lead Teacher to support a group of approximately 35 junior profiles from a technical background who are currently working within a company. Your role is essential in mentoring students and ensuring they achieve their professional goals in a 100% remote environment with students from all over the world. Key Responsibilities - Student Mentorship: Help students achieve their goals by overseeing and mentoring their work on a daily basis. - Instructional Support: Assist the Lead Teacher with planned materials, exercises, and classroom activities. - Academic Oversight: Contribute to the overall academic experience of the bootcamp and provide weekly feedback to the team. - Communication: Facilitate the flow of knowledge and updates between the teaching team each week. - Community Building: Create a supportive, energetic, and inclusive online community that extends beyond the duration of the course. Qualifications - +2 years of experience in Product Management. - Good understanding of the product lifecycle, UX/UI Design principles, Design Thinking, and Agile methodologies (Jira, Confluence, Figma). - Ability to analyze product metrics and use tools like PowerBI to create dashboards. - Full fluency in English is required for teaching and all internal communications. - High level of empathy, patience, and communication skills. - Organized, reliable, and have a "can-do" attitude. - Enjoy mentoring others and are actively involved in the tech community. Qualifications - Al menos 5 años de experiencia demostrable en ventas B2B o gestión de alianzas estratégicas. - Experiencia previa idealmente en el sector de formación, desarrollo profesional o universidades corporativas, con un historial sólido en el cierre de proyectos complejos. - Titulación universitaria en ADE, Marketing, RRHH, Ingeniería o similares. - Habilidades comunicativas excepcionales y facilidad para generar confianza con interlocutores de alto nivel (C-level). - Espíritu de equipo, mentalidad colaborativa y comodidad en entornos de experimentación constante. - Persona positiva, sociable, capaz de inspirar y de impulsar acciones desde el primer momento. - Inglés hablado fluido (imprescindible para la gestión de proyectos internacionales).
