• Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new hires into both the local Austrian office and the global BingX culture • Ensure all HR activities comply with Austrian Labor Law (Arbeitsrecht) and social security regulations (ASVG) • Act as the primary liaison with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely compensation • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, performance management, and office policies • Oversee daily operations of our Austrian office, including vendor management (cleaning, supplies, security) and health and safety compliance • Assist the leadership team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and local expense management • Support the Legal and Compliance Team with local administrative filings or documentation required for Austrian authorities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for local roles in Austria, from sourcing and interviewing to contract negotiation
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in HR and Office Administration, preferably within the Fintech, Crypto, or Traditional Finance sectors in Austria
- Native or professional fluency in English (essential for local labor law and authorities) and high proficiency in German is a plus
- Solid understanding of Austrian employment standards, payroll procedures, and office safety regulations
- A "builder" mindset. You are comfortable setting up processes from scratch in a fast-paced, evolving regulatory environment
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with extreme confidentiality

Role Description As a Human Resources Generalist, you will provide hands-on HR execution and advisory support to client organizations across payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and general HR operations.
