• Implement, and maintain an Outsourcing Policy that complies with MiCA Guidelines on outsourcing arrangements • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date Register of Outsourcing Arrangements, prepared for regular submission and audit by the Regulator • Conduct thorough pre-outsourcing risk assessments to determine if a function is "critical or important" and evaluate the potential impact on operational resilience • Lead the due diligence process for new vendors (IT, Cloud, KYC, Custody, etc.), assessing their financial stability, security standards, and ability to meet regulatory requirements • Collaborate with the Legal and Compliance Team to ensure all outsourcing contracts include mandatory regulatory clauses (e.g., audit rights, data protection/GDPR, exit strategies, and sub-outsourcing controls) • Establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality remains consistent • Develop and periodically test robust exit strategies for critical outsourcing arrangements to ensure business continuity in the event of service failure or termination • Manage "Intra-group" outsourcing between BingX EU and other BingX global entities, ensuring all shared services are documented and managed on an arm's-length basis • Coordinate and facilitate "right to audit" inspections of third-party service providers, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards

• Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience that integrates new hires into both the local Austrian office and the global BingX culture • Ensure all HR activities comply with Austrian Labor Law (Arbeitsrecht) and social security regulations (ASVG) • Act as the primary liaison with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely compensation • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, performance management, and office policies • Oversee daily operations of our Austrian office, including vendor management (cleaning, supplies, security) and health and safety compliance • Assist the leadership team with scheduling, travel arrangements, and local expense management • Support the Legal and Compliance Team with local administrative filings or documentation required for Austrian authorities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for local roles in Austria, from sourcing and interviewing to contract negotiation

• Directly oversee the ICT infrastructure for BingX EU, ensuring 24/7 availability, scalability, and performance of the trading platform within the European jurisdiction • Manage the "Physical Substance" of our local IT operations in Vienna, including local server management (where applicable), cloud region configurations, and local office IT security • Lead the local Operations team to ensure seamless integration between global engineering and EU-specific requirements • Define and implement the Information Security Strategy for BingX EU, aligning global security standards with local FMA and EBA (European Banking Authority) guidelines • Act as the primary owner of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) based on ISO 27001 or NIST frameworks • Oversee data protection and privacy measures in compliance with GDPR, specifically regarding the handling of EU user data and cryptographic keys • Serve as the primary lead for DORA compliance, ensuring the entity meets all requirements for ICT Risk Management, Incident Reporting, Digital Operational Resilience Testing, and Third-Party Risk monitoring • Collaborate with the Compliance team to prepare for FMA audits and regulatory inspections, providing technical evidence of "Operational Substance" in Austria • Establish and lead local security operations and incident response for the EU entity • Develop and rigorously test Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies to protect the exchange against systemic shocks or cyber-attacks • Conduct technical due diligence on critical ICT third-party providers (Custody solutions, Cloud providers, KYC vendors) to ensure they meet EU regulatory security bars
