Role Description - Du betreust und entwickelst bestehende Datenanbindungen zu Kundensystemen (z. B. DATEV, SAP, LucaNet, Microsoft 365, Personio) kontinuierlich weiter. - Du optimierst und stabilisierst bestehende ETL-Strecken für Datei- und API-basierte Datenimporte. - Du übernimmst neue Schnittstellen und führst diese strukturiert in unsere bestehende Integrationslandschaft ein. - Du arbeitest dich in externe API-Dokumentationen ein und bewertest, wie neue Systeme effizient angebunden werden können. - Du entwickelst bestehende Integrationen von individuellen Lösungen hin zu skalierbaren, parametrisierbaren Standards weiter. - Du stellst sicher, dass wiederkehrende Strukturen (z. B. Dimensionen, Mapping-Logiken) sauber abstrahiert und wiederverwendbar umgesetzt sind. - Du betreust Authentifizierungsprozesse (z. B. OAuth) und stellst eine stabile, sichere Datenübertragung sicher. - Du automatisierst bestehende Datenflüsse weiter und integrierst diese in unsere Setup- und Deployment-Prozesse. - Du arbeitest bei Bedarf mit Kunden und internen Teams zusammen, um Datenstrukturen sauber zu verstehen und umzusetzen. Qualifications - 2–4 Jahre Erfahrung im BI-, Data- oder Integrationsumfeld. - Gutes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen und sichere SQL-Kenntnisse. - Erste Erfahrung mit APIs oder starkes Interesse an API-Integrationen. - Fähigkeit, JSON zu lesen und grundlegende REST-Konzepte zu verstehen. - Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Power BI oder Power Automate. - Ganzheitliches Verständnis von Datenflüssen – von der Quelle bis zur Zielstruktur. - Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Gespür für skalierbare, wiederverwendbare Lösungen. - Analytisches Vorgehen, Mustererkennung und konsequente Weiterentwicklung bestehender Lösungen. - Klare Kommunikation und Fähigkeit, technische Themen verständlich zu erklären. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
