Head of Sales
Kraken Digital Asset Exchange
• Define and execute the global GTM strategy across enterprise, mid-market, and builders segments including Banks, Wealth Managers, Centralized Exchanges and DeFi • Build a dual-motion engine: • Self-serve SaaS like to sales-assisted onboarding for SMB, mid-market partners and builders • High-touch enterprise partnerships with complex commercial structures • Position xStocks as the preferred infrastructure platform for tokenized equities • Standardize pricing, revenue-share models, and commercial frameworks • Scale distribution across exchanges, fintech platforms, brokers, and regional operators • Lead full partnership lifecycle from strategy and negotiation through launch and expansion • Build and scale a high-performing global Sales, BD, and Ecosystem organization • Implement forecasting rigor, pipeline discipline, and performance management • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Finance to align commercial strategy with infrastructure and regulatory requirements
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience building and scaling B2B SaaS or infrastructure businesses within fintech, crypto, or API-first platforms
- Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills, and executive presence
- Experience selling into international exchanges, FinTechs, brokers, or financial institutions
- Experience building and leading high-performing global teams
- International experience required
- Deep expertise structuring revenue-share and platform economics agreements
- Deep passion for crypto and the future of financial market infrastructure
